4 days until wheels up and we are off to Park City, Utah. I’ve been stressing out about the lack of snow however yesterday they got nice storm which produced 13+” of the light white stuff. And as of now it appears there is more in the forecast for Thursday and Friday. Fingers crossed!
Friday night I took a few hours and tuned all our boards, packed the girls board bag, and now the real packing begin’s. What clothes to bring?
Once again this trip we will be joined by our great friends the Potts. Unfortunately, the wives won’t be joining us on the slopes this go around. With Briana coming off a recent knee surgery and Maurisa deciding to sit this one out to relax, stress free. I’m sure they will enjoy some wine and the great shopping that Park City has to offer. This trip is all about the kids. David and I have been riding with the kids for the last few years, at Whitetail, PA and Snowshoe, WV mostly. This one will be special as it will be Sienna, Kiley, and Derek’s first time riding big mountains. And real snow! Not the kind that comes out of a snow gun.
Hopefully these next few days will go by fast, with the exception of Kiley’s 10th birthday dinner Tuesday evening, and praying that our dryer gets fixed ASAP as we need to do laundry before we leave. And more SNOW!!!!
